A stunning set of four vintage Cesca chairs, originally designed by the acclaimed modernist architect and designer Marcel Breuer in 1928. These iconic chairs are a hallmark of the Bauhaus movement, flawlessly combining aesthetics and functionality.
This set includes: 2 × B64 armchairs and 2 × B32 side chairs all produced by Thonet in the 1980s. Each chair is marked on the underside, confirming authenticity and timeless appeal.
The design features Breuer’s pioneering use of tubular steel and natural cane webbing, creating a light yet durable structure that complements both modern and mid-century interiors.
Condition
The chairs are in good vintage condition, displaying typical signs of age and use, including some scratches and imperfections on the frames. The webbing seats, however, remain in good condition.
