SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size, weight and nature of the item. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm the shipping cost to your location.

For many items, especially furniture and larger or fragile pieces, shipping is arranged individually with specialised carriers. We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your delivery address.

For furniture, any shipping cost shown on the website or at checkout is an estimate only. Final shipping costs depend on the destination, size and specific delivery requirements. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm the shipping cost to your location.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Large, fragile or high-value items may require additional time for professional packing or coordination with a specialised carrier.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available or delivery details for specialised transport.

LARGE FURNITURE

Large furniture may be delivered by a specialised furniture transporter or on a pallet. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, installation or assembly.

Please make sure that the item will fit through doors, stairways and other access points before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. All customs duties, import taxes and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, as well as both the inner and outer packaging, so that we can assist you.
