REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We hope you will love your purchase. As most of our pieces are vintage, antique or pre-owned, signs of age and previous use are part of their character.

We describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible and provide photographs showing relevant details. Please review the description, dimensions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

RETURNS

You have the right to notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your return, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

To start a return, please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For furniture and other large or fragile items, return shipping can be substantial. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like an estimate of the return shipping cost for a particular item.

Items must be returned carefully and securely packed and in the same condition in which they were received.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipment until the item has been safely received by us. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund in accordance with EU consumer law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and both the inner and outer packaging.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

VINTAGE CONDITION

Minor signs of age, wear, patina, small marks or other characteristics clearly shown or described in the listing are not considered defects. These are normal characteristics of vintage and pre-owned pieces and form part of their individual character.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
