A beautiful and versatile Danish Mid-Century bookcase secretary designed by Johannes Sorth for Bornholms Møbelfabrik in 1966, confirmed by the original date stamp on the back.
Crafted from warm teak, this elegant piece combines an open bookcase with four adjustable shelves, a practical pull-out writing surface, and three spacious dovetail-constructed drawers with recessed teak handles. Raised on tapered legs with a stretcher base, it perfectly reflects the clean lines and quality craftsmanship of Scandinavian design.
The piece is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. Please note that the back panel has a few small holes from previous cable routing, which are not visible when the cabinet is placed against a wall.
